2Pears - the team that bring you events and networking for creative and start-up companies in tech, music and media
2Pears facilitate peer2peer networking and collaboration, new thinking and new connections, through seminars, workshops, events, information-sharing and meetups. We work predominantly within the digital technology and media industries - bringing them together in a multitude of ways.
We are Petra Johansson of events company TwistedTree, and Rassami Hok Ljungberg of communications consultancy rassami.
The Team
Petra Johansson
Co-Founder; Director of Event Management and Business Development
Petra holds a MBA from Lund University in Sweden and has more than 13 years experience from the business to business events industry ranging from sponsorship, media and delegate sales at organisations including IIR Conferences (now Informa Group), Incisive Media, and Financial News.
She has managed profitable events from the concept stage researching a topic, through speaker recruitment, sponsorship sales, marketing and on-the-day event management and execution, to post-event follow up and rebookings.
Petra's event experience spans many business to business industry sectors including financial services, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, telecommunications, digital and social media.
Petra runs events company TwistedTree since 2007, and is a co-founder of 2Pears.

Rassami Hok Ljungberg
Co-Founder; Director of Content Development and Media Relations
Rassami is a communications consultant with over ten years experience of in-house corporate and marketing communications strategy and tactics in a wide variety of professional services (B2B) industries such as digital (Razorfish), branded content and advertising(Stream\TBWA\, BBH), publishing (Asia Inflight/Ringier), and logistics (BTL-Schenker).
Rassami's focus is on helping creative professional services companies - a mix of startups, small and medium-sized businesses - get noticed through what they say, how they say it, to whom they say it and why they say it.
She has a range of international experience and is well-versed in communicating to diverse audiences from different cultures. Her strong cross-cultural communication skills are the result of having worked in international groups (Swedish, Swiss/French, American, Indian and British) and across a wide range of markets (Europe, Asia, India and Scandinavia).
Rassami runs communications consultancy rassami since 2003, and is a co-founder of 2Pears.

Charlotta Hedman
Editor; Music 4.5 Blog
Charlotta is a journalist working for YLE, the Finnish Public Service Broadcaster, and Swedish broadsheet Sydsvenskan in the UK. She's used to covering large news events for TV, radio and print media, but has a secret identity as a tech blogger. She's previously written for TechCrunch Europe and is now working as the blog editor for Music 4.5.
Charlotta enjoys travelling and finding new stories. She spends most of her time criss-crossing the UK (and some of Europe) writing about politics and the financial crisis. The rest of her time she works on writing longer reportage pieces and keeping up to date with the developments in the music and tech industry.
Charlotta moved to London in 2009, before that she was working as a TV and online reporter for YLE.

Rebecca McRobb
Event Manager; Speaker Liaison and Customer Service
Rebecca is an event manager in the business to business events industry and has 16 years experience, with previous positions being held at Euromoney and Informa.
Focusing on speaker liaison, venue management and delegate customer service, Rebecca manages the day to day operations of events. Her event experience covers many industries including digital and social media, law, healthcare and the environment and covers the full spectrum of event management from programme planning to on the day management and everything in between!
